En una de las habitaciones, el serv de limp forzó la chapa y rompió marco de la puerta mientras las huéspedes dormían. Al llegar nos recordaron que el desayuno ya estaba pagado y nunca advirtieron que SOLAMENTE incluía determinados alimentos, aduciendo que había firmado un documento ennel que lo decía. "Worst hotel experience for a supposed 5-star property. Dirty rooms, cockroaches, ants, clogged bathroom, no hot water, weak A/C, Wi-Fi not working, and dog feces on the terrace. The only response was “sorry,” with no compensation at all. Definitely do not recommend, especially for the price charged."
