Then he gave me a key card that didn’t work, and was super annoyed when I asked for one that worked."

"Although the hotel is quite dated, it was extremely clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and provided everything we needed. The one negative was the air con unit was quite noisy. Other than that I would definitely recommend to others. The location in respect to Williamsburg was excellent and a pleasant walk into the town itself."
