"This place is better than the pictures. A group of us go to West Virginia to ride the trails every year and this was the best place we stayed so far. Nice kitchen so we could cook and make our coffee, covered are to keep bikes out of the rain and a great fire pit area so we could relax and talk about the day of riding. Hosts communicated well and all interactions were very super friendly. Multiple rooms, lots of comfortable beds, two bathrooms with showers, huge parking are for trailers and a great room with leather couches and big TV. Highly recommend for any group looking to ride Pinnacle, Indian Ridge or Warrior systems. Trail head just a quick ride down the road. Will definitely stay again. "

"Great location to ride Hatfield and McCoy trails You can get to the trails in less then half a mile The house was clean and we brought our dog So very pet friendly Karen responded to my message right away The down side is that it is right by train tracks and the trains run all night so if you are a light sleeper you will want earplugs and a sound machine and you might still hear the train The noise only bothered one person out of the six that went But overall it was a great trip"

"Great place to stay in Welch. Everything was as described in description. Clean and check in was easy. Trailer parking is limited for longer trailers but fine for my 12 foot. Yes the train is loud but gives the place some built in entertainment."

"Overall we were really impressed with the house. We had a group of 9 and there was plently of seating for everyone and a nice large kitchen for cooking. Nice location to the trails and convient to gas station. We would saty here again. "

"JJ was awesome and so helpful to us when we arrived and gave us a ton of helpful information. He even went and got our trail stickers and maps for us. He gave us his cell number and went above and beyond. The house we stayed in was not as nice as the pictures made it seem. The bathrooms were very run down with torn lament and mold. The blind in the bathroom window was gross. The white caulk was dirty and gross. We bought new bath mats to use because the ones in the bathroom and basement were dirty. Several dishes we took out to use had to be washed first because there was visible food on them. The 2 blenders in the kitchen do not work. The kitchen scissors in the drawer are broke about stabbed one of us in the toe with it came apart. The dish mat was dirty and gross. We had to buy several items we needed at the Family Dollar down the road. The sheets on the king size bed were very cheap and thin. The corners were torn and didn’t fit the mattress. As soon as you set on the bed the sheets immediately came off the bed. It was very frustrating because we would end up not having a sheet on the bed every night. The house was mediocre and we would not stay at that house again but we had a great time on the trials with our friends. "
