The space
Entrance:
We provide a FULLY Automated, keyless check-in process, hassle free-leaving the guests to check-in at any time. Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by a spacious Dining Room, designed to maximize comfort and pleasure. The large dining table can fit up to 12 guests comfortably. With a plethora of dinnerware and beautiful design, you will find yourself counting the minutes until dinner. We even provide a private reading area, for your late night adventures into the books, and a multi-purpose board game table to invigorate your mind with some enticing contest. Past the first arch, we have our magnificent kitchen and Living Room, where you will find a 4k 65” LeD Smart TV, surround sound entertainment system in the ceilings, comfortable seating, and an open layout that connects directly to the fully equipped kitchen. From this room, you have direct access to the exciting outdoors–the backyard.

Backyard:
The beautiful Backyard contains a newly constructed Salt Water Pool & SPA, Natural Gas Grill, Brand new Patio, Plenty of Seating, Outdoor Dining table, Chaise Lounge Chairs both inside and outside the pool, and many outdoor activities! Come Lay down on our newly built Baja Shelf! We also have a putting green and sectioned off chipping green.

With plenty of space to store all your travel luggage, guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, excluding the single owner’s closet by the entrance.

Parking:
Two Car Garage parking and a Three car Driveway. Allowing up to 5 cars for guest parking.

Happy to say that we.allow our little friends–animals– to stay at this property. Up to two house trained pets can stay at this property. There will be a one time $100 pet cleaning fee that we charge. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. Any damage or stains left may lead to an additional $200 deep cleaning charge along with further assessment for any damages.

Pool/Spa:
Spa can be fully controlled by the iPad located in the kitchen and can be heated at no cost for your enjoyment. Pool heating is available up to 82 degrees for an additional $90/night. Please let us know in advance so the pool is heated for your stay. All outdoor Pool towels are provided and located in each of the bathrooms.

Rules:

No smoking Inside. Please close windows or any possible entrances inside when smoking outside.

Violation of any House Rules anytime during your stay will result in all occupants being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be canceled with no refund.
