"This hotel was probably super nice about 50 years ago, but it hasn't aged well -- and neither has the are in which it is located. When I arrived, there were some sketchy looking characters hanging around the front entry and smoking, so that you couldn't enter the property without breathing their nasty cigarette smoke. The room was OK, but really dated. The air conditioner struggled to get the room cool enough at night for sleeping. The WiFi and internet worked flawlessly. The highlight here was that the beds in my room had the best pillows of every place I stayed on my 2 week trip. I meant to ask where I could purchase those pillows, but forgot to ask on my way out."

"It was clean and surprisingly quiet. My room had the best blackout curtain I've seen. Breakfast wasn't the greatest. Simple food with no bacon or sausage. Maybe 6am was too early for that."
