"The staff were amazing, friendly and efficient.Our room was lovely and clean but there were several issues with the water in the bathroom. Sometimes gushing , sometimes a trickle and then the shower tap would not turn off.However this was quickly rectified after we had reported it. The food both dinner and breakfast were very good. The hotel looks tired though and whilst our room was nice and clean the stairs were in desperate need of vacuuming. But for our one night stay , the location and hotel were adequate."

I know housekeeping is working overtime and we did our best to minimize our needs. for the most part I felt everything was clean and in good working order but if I could make a suggestion, it would be to clean the carpet next to the baseboards - I know it's a nitpicky thing, but it could make the difference whether someone sees the room as clean or just average."

"I would say with the limited hotel options in Ft William it was fine. It is an older hotel with an updated room but very small, we had 2 twins. We did not eat there. It seemed booked up at our stay early May 2026"
