"Seit der Eröffnung 2005 buche ich dieses Hotel immer mal wieder, um Veranstaltungen in der Veltins Arena zu besuchen.
Mittlerweile gab es ja schon einige Eigentümerwechsel.
Und jetzt ist es unter der Führung von "Welcome Hotels".
Die Nähe zur Arena macht es für mich perfekt. In 3 Minuten ist man da.
Ja, die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (stört mich nicht).
Aber perfekt sauber. Die Betten sind wirklich ausgezeichnet.

"This hotel is really clean. I was treated to room service everyday. The spa was beautiful well kept and lots of relaxing seating. They had tea on the go whenever you want. The hotel location suited me because i was visiting my family, but the area is very isolated not much going on. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I did not have breakfast because i thought it should've been included!"

"Älteres Hotel, könnte schön sein aber schlecht geführt. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Personal ist freundlich aber völlig unqualifiziert. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, v.a. Badfliesen, -fugen. Diverse Einrichtungselemente defekt: Duschhebel, Armaturen, Steckdose, Licht. Reparatur erst am nächsten Tag. Mails werden nicht gelesen, um z.B. auf Allergien (Frühstück) einzugehen. Immerhin am nächsten Tag Entsprechendes besorgt. Trotz vieler Unannehmlichkeiten noch herumdiskutiert wegen...
"Bett und Zimmer an sich super, Bad jedoch eine Katastrophe und bedarf dringend einer Sanierung. In 2025 ist ein Duschvorhang nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Allerdings alles sauber und sehr freundliches Personal machen den Zustand wieder gut"
"Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at Veltins Arena. The lovely young lady at the front desk even gave a small group of us a ride to the venue. And she was so pleasant and friendly. We even walked back to the hotel after the concert and it was a nice, safe trip. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. This property delivered exactly what we were looking for."
