"This is the perfect definition of a small english town stay. I loved the vibe of the rooms and the location. The rooms were clean and they provide complimentary biscuits and tea. The customer service was good as my boyfriend needed to catch a taxi somewhere and couldn’t do it himself so the Inn was able to call for him. The breakfast felt a bit pricy, but there was a cold buffet in addition to any hot item on their menu. Their fresh honey comb was really cool!"

"The room was well presented,very calm decor in room 5, Aircon worked well , as we had unusually warm weather for late September, hadn't appreciated how close to the train line we were ,bit minimal sound from it . Good size TV and ample coffees and teas ...no biscuits tho 😉 , maybe a bottle of water in the room would be a nice addition. . Bedding was fresh and clean ,but found the mattress quite firm for me . Bathroom good size and lovely powerful shower with good size cubicle. Dinner was delicious 😋, and reasonably priced. Breakfast was included in the cost of the room and was of the continental kind ,but enough choice and we left full. Staff were efficient both in check in and at Dinner and Breakfast. Garden are looked very smart but only stayed one night so didn't get to sit out there."

"Allison’s lovely flat is located in what can only be described as a beautiful English village, complete with thatched roofs. I was in Wool to visit The Tank Museum nearby but found the accommodation so comfortable and homey that I wished I’d built another day or two into my schedule to stay on and explore the area. The Duck House was spotless with comfortable furniture, plenty of light, and just a short stroll from an excellent bakery, proper pub, and the train station. I should also mention that the flat is larger than the photos imply; not always the case in my experience. Nothing but high marks for Allison and the Duck House!"
