"The staff was helpful and the room was clean. The bathroom needs to be remodeled though. It’s showing its age and I had a hard time turning on the shower. The breakfast foods were fresh. Fresher than I’ve gotten at more expensive hotels."

"The staff was amazing and the property is old school elegant. Be aware that there is not an elevator and the steps are steep. Luckily the staff was very accommodating in helping carry our bags up."

"Our family of 5 enjoyed staying at the Cozy Condo and appreciated the New Mexico style. We had enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably but do wish we could have had a couple more seats at the dining table. We used the kitchen to prepare a couple meals and found it well stocked. The backyard area was a nice way to spend some down time outside and we did see some elk and deer out the back during our stay. When we visited it got quite windy and cold outside but the heaters were sufficient to keep us warm. Some areas could have used a good dusting but overall we all enjoyed the space and charm of the condo and would stay there again."

"The pool here was very well maintained which we loved. The air conditioner in our room made all kinds of funny sounds that woke me up several times in the night. The staff was also not very friendly. For the price to stay here I expect better."

"The room was very clean and cozy. Stove top, microwave, sink, etc worked great and it was nice to be able to wake up and make breakfast, then make dinner before bed. It felt like home. The staff was all very welcoming and sweet. They were super helpful and always attentive to our needs. The locat I on was perfect to get to all the historical sites in town, and to Cloudcroft!"

"Kelly was an excellent host and was in contact well ahead of time to make sure we had all the info we needed to check in smoothly (service is difficult at the cabin, but once we were on the wifi we were all good!). The cabin was adorable and such a nice escape. It was easy enough to access while still feeling secluded. We would absolutely stay again!"
