On the garden level, the atmosphere is relaxed with a garden kitchen, and a bathroom.

The ground floor, the beating heart of the house, offers you a living room bathed in light and a convivial kitchen for large feasts. Two bedrooms with 🛌 160x190 and 140x190 beds

Finally, the top floor, under the roof, reveals a "cosy" cocoon with kitchenette, a bedroom with a 160x190 bed and a 140x190 sofa bed. Be careful, ⚠️ the staircase is quite steep.

Outside, the large enclosed garden is an invitation to disconnect: crackling barbecue, nap on the deckchairs and children's laughter in complete safety. 🏡✨

Staying at 62 Rue des Grands Sables means choosing absolute calm while being a 15-minute walk from the mythical beaches. The area is peaceful, residential and green. Here, you forget about the car: everything is done on foot or by bike. You are just a stone's throw from the paths where the sea air caresses your face, between the waves of the Atlantic and the wild charm of the Laïta. 🐚

Le Pouldu is the perfect playground! Sports enthusiasts will tackle the famous GR34 which passes in a few strides. Families will love the surfing and sailing schools and kayaking on the Laïta. For a touch of culture, walk in the footsteps of Gauguin or stroll through the art galleries. Want to laze around? The sandy coves are just waiting for your towel. 🏄 ♂️🎨
