- New house of 110 m2 with new equipment located in a residential area, in a quiet area, with a view of the Ile de Groix, close to the large sandy beaches, the coastal path (GR34), shops,
tennis courts (300M), nautical club (800M), children's playground (500M).
Spacious, bright and functional house:
- Fitted kitchen open to large living room,
- 3 bedrooms (6 beds 160+ bed 140 + 2 modular beds 90),
- 1 double sink bathroom with walk-in shower,
- 2 separate toilets, 1 with hand basin,
- 1 cellar,
- Garden furniture for 6 people, 2 sun loungers + table, 2 armchairs, charcoal barbecue.
Beds with new mattresses will be ready for your arrival and linen can be provided at no additional cost.
