"Room was terrible . Awful smell. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows were completely flat. Almost everything was broke."

"The front desk staff, Tim, was very rude to all guests trying to check in. There was a line of 15 people waiting to check in because the service was so slow. Multiple different guests were looking around for amenities such as water or ice machines and he was very snippy and mad they were looking around. When the guests had left he said “you would think they would be smart enough to just ask where it was” this is no way to treat guests who are PAYING to stay at your hotel. Every phone call he answered at the desk he was rude and very condescending and as soon as he hung up he would talk badly about them. 0/10 do not recommend because of bad customer service. "

"A little strange being 2 Hotels in one (Laquinta and Hawthorn Extended Stay) didn’t cause any issues, just a little strange. Not a lot right around the Hotel, but plenty a couple miles away. This hotel sits in same parking lot as a Red Roof Inn (which looked pretty run down)"

"Breakfast was excellent and well stocked. The room was clean and comfortable. Every member of the staff we encountered were fabulous including JC in the lobby bar who was very busy but still managed to make us feel like the only customers. "

"I would not recommend staying here. The property is incredibly run down and dirty. No ice machines were functioning either. I’m also having to call my credit card company to dispute charges because the front desk charged my card three times."

"Elevator was out of order. There was a fake thermostat on the wall in the room which wasn’t connected. The breakfast appeared to be the same dried out sausage from the previous several days, not edible. The desk personnel were hard to understand, it’s America, speak English! I won’t be returning!"

"This location allows pets which is nice for pet owners, but my room smelled like a wet dog!!! Could not get around it."
