"Very pleasantly surprised with how nice this place was. I knew the location was great for my plans in Eugene, but for a relatively inexpensive place, I wasnt expecting the room to be as nice/nicer than some of the 4-star hotels Ive stayed at. Very friendly staff, super convenient, and a great room. Highly recommend. "

"Breakfast was really good. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Water was extremely hot, which is nice for adults but if you have children as they could get burned easily at this water temperature.
My one criticism was that we ended up staying in one of the older buildings and it had no elevator like the main, nicer hotel building. This really bothered my arthritic knees. If knee pain is an issue make sure to book in the main building which is newer, nicer and has an elevator. That section was full so they could not switch us. Plan ahead."
"I felt like they prioritize safety, which makes you feel more secure and comfortable. Several coffee options in the morning with in room coffee maker, free coffee in the lobby and gourmet coffee nearby at the 5th St market."
"The property is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown, campus, and about a 30 minute walk from Autzen Stadium. The Tavern has great food, but with limited entree items (would like to see more fish/seafood/wild game options, but that's just me. Tyler the bartender is fantastic along with the majority of servers and other bartenders. Had lunch at the bar one day and while the Grilled Chicken Cobb was fantastic, the bartender never smiled and was not overly friendly. The rooms are comfortable and the bed/pillows were perfect for me comfort wise. Be careful where you order Lyft/Ubers from within the hotel as the drivers were showing up at different locations if I ordered from our room."
"close to the campus and downtown. everything is great. if I have to complain one thing that will be the wifi single are not stable and we lost connections from time to time. I guess there are many guests are using it."
