"We had a great stay. We were looking for a quiet, secluded spot to spend the week as a family and we really enjoyed this property! The hot tub was relaxing, the wildlife was great, and the home was cozy. We traveled to Luray Caverns, Shenandoah National Park, Buc-ee’s, Massanutten Water Park and Monticello. All attractions were 45 mins- 1 hr 45 mins away from the cabin- depends on what you’re interested in doing."

"Very nice clean cabin, with a great view from the top of the mountain. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. It is somewhat remote from any shops and restaurants, so plan your trips accordingly. We enjoyed the quiet mornings, fun family day trips (Lurray Caverns, hiking and driving Skyline Drive), and peaceful evenings. The host will introduce you to the horses and allow you to pet and feed them (with supervision)."

"The house was clean and tidy on the inside, the basics were all there, silverware, cups plates, soap, dishwasher soap,we didn’t need to pick up anything but food really. The place was peaceful, lots of wildlife.The sunset views were spectacular, only gripe I have is that I let the kids into the hot tub for a few minutes, two nights, and both kids broke out in rash, my youngest has it very bad, it’s called hot tub follicullitus and it’s from hot tubs that have bacteria in them, I’m currently regretting my decision to allow them in there."

"Me and my husband spent 4 days in this house, and we had an amazing time. The place is close to everything, including wineries and Shenandoah National Park.The house is not luxurious, but it has everything you need and is very clean. The patio outside offers an amazing view of the sunset, and the bed was very comfortable.We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to everyone it you are not looking for a fancy luxurious hotel.Thank you!!! "

"I stayed here just after Thanksgiving and had the best time. The cabin was clean, warm, and inviting. There was a decorated Christmas tree in the dining room, a small lit tree upstairs, and beautiful Christmas lights on the porch. There was even a basket of treats to make S'mores! We were very close to attractions like Skyline Drive and Luray Caverns. The cabin had plenty of blankets, cooking utensils, fridge space, and wonderful views. I enjoyed walking by the creek with the dog--very peaceful. We played games at night, especially the PacMan machine. I would deff stay here again. "

"Enjoyable stay, peaceful stay. No wifi or internet but had a great DVD library to enjoy. Cabin was very clean and very nicely set up and very surprising to see everything that you can think of needed for your stay."
