My stay here was great. The staff was welcoming, helpful and kind, the only thing I did notice was a small mistake in the bathroom, there was hand soap in the shower and body wash by the sink. From Valet when we got there to Valet when we checked out and everything in between, our stay was perfect. Everyone we dealt with was great. We ate at the restaurant and the beef wellington was one of the best meals I've ever had.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleveland - Airport North
Was dirty in the bathroom. Heard the counter ladies talking about the deposit they charge every customer and the statement that the deposit will be returned in 5-7 days would be more like 30 days its been 20 days and have yet to get my deposit back . Talk about horrible customer service
