Negatives - The room could use a few blankets, there were none. The couch is in need of replacement - low style and in rough shape, and that’s the only thing to sit on and 4 of 6 adults had no where to sit other than hard metal bar stools. The roof was dirty and trash all over the place. The grills on the roof were filthy with food left in them. No way I would have used them to cook on.Positives - close to the Guardians ball park. The bathroom was fairly clean but the toilet seat was loose and I had no tools to fix it with me. Parking garage was close enough to walk to the room/site and 22.68 was cheap for 1 day/night to park.**Overall I would rate it as it worked but I wouldn’t stay there again. Sorry, you need to do better.
