We had to contact the staff for some missing towels and to clean the floor after tracking in a lot of salt and snow. They were very responsive to all of our requests. Everyone was very helpful and the waitress in the restaurant was outstanding!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was a bit small but it was very clean and well decorated, we really enjoyed our stay, even though it was just 1 night!
