"The hotel looks clean and rooms appear new but housekeeping was disappointing. Thestaffs did not replenish amenities, clean the room properly and bedsheets were never changed. I experienced itching from the bedding during my 7 night stay, which suggests the sheets had not been replaced "

Kids were running around at 10:30-11:00 PM. One started knocking on doors as he was lost.
Cleaning staff took my free coffee winnings frommoff my laptop. Clearly were not garbage. I hope they enjoy the free drinks on me."
