Cette charmante maison de ville, située au cœur de Clermont, offre un havre de paix dans une cour tranquille, tout en étant à quelques pas de la place de Jaude.
Avec ses 90m2, elle comprend une spacieuse pièce à vivre, deux chambres dont une en mezzanine, une salle de bains et des toilettes séparées.
Proche de tous les commerces et du centre historique, c'est le point de départ parfait pour explorer la ville et ses alentours. Vous serez accueillis par une multitude de commerces et restaurants accessibles à pied. De plus, un parking privatif est disponible à moins de 100 mètres.

Tired, neglected property

Keys were located at a distance from the property, which was practically impossible to reach due to road work. Garage key fob was in the apartment (why not keep them together?). Looks like a laundry service is run out of this property. Double bed is upstairs, which is uninhabitable now due to the summer heat and no A/C. Couch downstairs is stained and looks gross. Leather chair is literally falling apart. A few inexpensive upgrades to furniture would go a long way to improving the guest experience as would a better check in procedure and full disclosure about attic space. Location was great, super convenient to access Place de Jaude. And it was a bonus to have a washer and dryer available. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place for the reasons stated above.
