This property is not appropriate accomodation for most travelers. Stairwell unsafe and stinky. Maybe okay for some teenagers looking for a cheap place to stay and unconcerned about comfort or general appearance.

Petit appartement au cœur du centre ville, beaucoup de places avec terrasse. Nous avons très chaud car canicule et logement ancien avec une seule fenêtre. Les ventilateurs nous ont sauvés mais les 2 nuits pas très reposantes.

L'appartement est très bien situé dans le centre piétonnier de Clermont-Ferrand. Il est calme et bien équipé. Seul inconvénient, le manque de lumière naturel.
