"To be honest, our room view was poor. We overlooked the garbage area, and old, stacked tvs, which was bad and odd. We also saw construction sites and not the resort. We booked a resort view. The room was a bit worn and the floors were a bit dirty. We also did not get our champagne greeting, which was disappointing. But the beach area and the amenities and things to do and the staff were great! "

"Ocean Club 10/10. Location is great. Rooms are spacious and new. Amenities were amazing. Bar was convenient and affordable. Having a walking path behind the hotel was something I have never seen. I would recommend this place to anyone. I thought that the ability to text the front desk was a great touch. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. "

"Amenities were awesome. Very nice resort. Rooms were a little outdated but perfect for a family vacation. My only complaint was they tried to charge me 25$ a night x5 nights for a bassinet for my newborn. I went and bought one for 60$. Resort fees and parking really add up- over 400$ for a 5 night stay. Overall I would recommend it, especially if you’re getting a good rate. Restaurants are good but severely overpriced- can walk across the street and each much better and for way less money, "

"The hotel was oki but the staff from the lobby are not very friendly only the girl name Mia is the one that is nice the other boy Alex and Adam think no good they don’t say good morning or anything wen the guess come in the lobby to talk to them and wen u are talking to some other workers they get on the conversation they need to lear if you work for customer service…."

"Everything was great considering they are under construction. The shower curtain was not clean but the rest of the room was clean. Both pools were open which was wonderful! "

"We loved the amenities of this resort, from the one bedroom kitchenette to the Sand Dollar bar at the pool and the beach chair set up, this cute little getaway was such a pleasure. "

"My stay started off poorly with blood on the sheets, and I had to ask staff three times before someone came to change them. There was also no hot water, and the shower had extremely low pressure, making it difficult to shower properly. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the condition and the location of this hotel. Along with, no postive engery from anyone at the bars or restaurants."
