"A pousada tem ótima estrutura, cama boa, roupas de cama e banho muito boas. O lugar é lindo. Mas, chegamos num domingo e o atendimento deixou a desejar. Café da manhã na segunda-feira muito mal servido, frutas aparentemente velhas e aproveitadas do dia anterior, funcionários com roupas sujas…. Deu uma impressão ruim. "

"I liked the guy in charge of the place and this place was very, very cheap, so one can not expect much. Further more, we are Danish, so maybe we are spoiled. Never the less, we booked for 18 people (two times 9 bed dorms). We called in advance to make sure we knew what to bring. We were instructed only to bring towels. When we arrived there were only mattresses for 12 people, pillows and linnen for 8. We could have brought that stuff, so it was dissapointing that we were not told when we called....

"The stay there was generally great. Good view from the accommodation, quiet and good breakfast. Service is nice, and efficient through WhatsApp. Only one issue is the last night of my stay there are termites. I know that they are not harmful, but the wings and worms dropped on my baggage. I don’t know if there are efficient and sustainable way to avoid this or not. Guess it might be a common issue living in old buildings. Overall, Ouro Preto is so nice, worth coming and living for some time."

"Poucos funcionários, existe um bar na piscina que é permitida a entrada apenas para funcionários, mas não tem ninguém para atender. No café não fica alguém para repor alimentos que acabaram.
A piscina é boa, aquecida. Mas não é limpa todos os dias.
Apesar disso, a pousada é linda, exatamente como nas fotos. "

"This is an "adult property", not a proper place to stay unless one is looking for a discrete place to have sex. I feel I was bamboozled into making this reservation and I doubt I will ever see my money back.
