Very centralized location. We'd enjoy hosting yourself, family or friends. End unit, very quiet neighborhood. Each bedroom and the living room have TV's with an Amazon Firestick, so enjoy logging in and watching your shows or movies. Yes, we have wifi. Cameras at each entry facing outside. Pets should be leased when outside.

Nice house, great owner

Was only in the house for a night to attend a friend's nearby retirement party. Nice townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Shawn, the owner, was extremely responsive and worked with us on an early check-in and responded to all of our questions promptly. I'm not sure I'll ever need to visit Clarksville again, but if I do I'll stay here and recommend you do too!

Outstanding Rental, excellent value!

Excellent location for us. Excellent value, for what the rental has to offer! Very well maintained and clean. The Host went above and beyond to answer our questions. Nice outside grass area, great parking, friendly neighborhood . Close to Clarksville shopping/restaurants and easy drive to my Sango Familys home.

We were moving across the country and needed a place to stay for the night with our pets. The townhouse was clean (except for the dishwasher not being run) and everything was in good working order (except the cabinet doors under the sink almost falling off). The mattresses left much to be desired, but worked for a one night stay. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good location. The only issue that we really had was parking. Since we are moving across country, we had the largest U-Haul with an enclosed trailer being towed and a jeep with a utility trailer being towed. There wasn’t really anywhere to park it and no indication of if parking was assigned, but we parked it along a curb and it didn’t get towed thankfully.

This place is perfect, comfortable and clean. Communication is great. The area feels safe and is in close proximity to Fort Campbell as well as a comfortable driving distance to Nashville. Love this spot :)
