"We came to Nashville to celebrate Christmas and go to ICE at the Gaylord Opryland hotel. The house was perfect for our 3 sons, two wives and 4 grandchildren. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathrooms were shampoo, body wash, etc. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. We really felt at home. The pool looked nice too. We’d love to come again in warmer weather."

"What a wonderful property and hostesses. Our group truly enjoyed our stay. Very nice setup and amenities, like endless coffee, tea, microwaveable popcorn, paper toiletries (not just a supply of toilet paper for the bathrooms but also a supply of paper towels), and even provided endless detergent for both dishwashers and washing machines. Clean and well kept property. Rating is a 5 out of 5. You will LOVE it!!!"

"There were three of us who stayed here for 5 nights (ages 77, 51, & 13). Great communication, nice clean smelling house, comfy beds, and plenty of room. We had everything we needed right from the start. Nice neighborhood, relatively quiet, nice for walks. My father had never heard of a VRBO rental and was blown away when we walked in. ☺️ Would definitely recommend!!! A+"

"Our family stayed a few nights here on our way to The Ark Encounter in Kentucky. When we arrived the power had went out in the neighborhood. We contacted Debbie, and she was absolutely quick to response. Her hubby, Ed, came over to deliver some candles. We had such an engaging conversation that kept us entertained until the lights came back on. The house provided the space we needed, it was fun playing with chickens and eating fresh eggs for breakfast. My husband and kids ventured off to fish at...

"Perfect for our needs, giving us several living areas so we never felt crowded. Every bedroom had an attached bathroom, so that was really nice. Clean, peaceful and quiet with country vibe. Ashland City was nice too, we loved Riverview restaurant with a view of the lake. Definitely on our list for future visits."

"We had a great stay at Chris' place! He met us there to make sure we knew how everything worked. Check out process could not have been easier. House was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is SO quiet! We didn't hear anyone else, no dogs, nothing. The hot tub was amazing after walking all over Nashville. Its a very easy trip into the city. We are looking forward to a future stay! :)"
