Boutique Guest Stay in Downtown Clarksville
- Built in the late 1800s, this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is newly renovated and centrally located in downtown Clarksville (Virginia's only lakefront town!). The restored Heart Pine floors and trim work are a nod to the original historic charm. Styled in a modern cottage inspired design, this home is cozy and functional. Featuring a spacious kitchen, primary bedroom with en-suite, workspaces, and porch overlooking Virginia Avenue, this space is the perfect option for a weekend away or an extended stay.
Please note that climbing exterior stairs is required. The apartment is located upstairs of the building and guests must climb the exterior staircase in order to access the apartment.
There is one Ring security camera on the property. The Ring camera is mounted outside of the front door, in clear view.
