Best pool I've been in a long time and the stunning view by the pool amazing

This was a fantastic location! About a 45 minute drive from the Montego airport (+/- with traffic). Made our tour to Negril convenient. The pools and beaches on site were fantastic! (Beaches had good areas for snorkeling- in a bay and open ocean) Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants/A La Cart options were great!! Buffet food was good/standard Buffet. We did the signature level and loved every bit of it. I would highly recommend!

Overall good. Just didn’t like the fact that it took three days to remedy a very foul smell coming from the drapes in my room, how fast the food ran out at the pool area daily, and not being able to have a foam party due to the machine breaking down. The service provided is very slow. It will get done, just probably not as quickly as you want. Other than that everything was good. All restaurants dined at were delicious, I enjoyed the bowling alley, pools and shows at the theater. It’s a really good time for couples and singles.

Fun and quiet place. Entertainment team tries to do what they can. I would suggest to keep pools open longer till maybe 930. They close early due to no life guards. Beach is basically dead and not worth the time so pool is where everyone is mostly at. Food options are great. Very relaxed place.

The property at noon palace Jamaica is not unique, definitely older. I was excited about my stay but disappointed when we checked in. Rooms are not the best. Our family room was two rooms interconnected not one large area where we could hang together. A lot of stains on countertops which we were told need special technique to be removed. Bathroom sinks look cracked and sealed together sloppily. One of our rooms AC was not working properly and staff could not figure out was wrong with it. Hallways have carpet which need updating. The beach area is nice but not enough umbrellas. The waterpark is definitely not a park or a large area. It’s a small area with blowup basketball hoop and one slide. The restaurants are nice but have had better tasting food. I was surprised the the seafood restaurant did not have a wide variety- no lobster or conch or crab .. just small shrimp, barely any scallops and some fish. For an All inclusive resort that was a disappointment! The entertainment was great . The Micheal Jackson show and Motown shows were awesome! I don’t see myself going back to Moon palace Jamaica. Few years ago I did stay at moon palace in Cancun which had so much more and well maintained and huge property. We did make the best of our stay and did have fun but we will not be returning.
