"Parking was easy and spacious. Pool not open yet. Staff was very healpful with my requests."

"Property was decently clean and the bed was comfortable. However, all the wood surfaces were sticky, not to the touch, but if you sat anything on them, it stuck. All rooms were full and the parking spaces are very narrow, which was an iffy situation with all the big trucks in the area."

"Blue Quail cabin was super cute and a perfect location for a trip to Caprock Canyon. It was very clean and the community was very quiet. My son liked the loft upstairs.The owners were very responsive. We will be back! "

"It was remote with almost no light pollution. You'll seldom see brighter stars. It had everything we needed. Understand that it is remote, even for remote. The host was great to deal with. The housing is exactly as listed...a farmhouse far from the road. It was comfy, it was cozy. It didn't have the frills some would like to see in a stay but it was perfect for my wife and me. You wont find as much for so little anywhere near Caprock."

"Fantastic place to stay! Excellent location to Caprock Canyon State Park. House was very comfortable and clean. Stayed with another couple. Loved the swing on the large covered porch. Great kitchen for making our own meals. Popped popcorn and relaxed by the fireplace to end the day. Thoroughly enjoyed!!"
