"The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel is also very quiet. It was nice having the restaurant downstairs for evening meals. It's not too far from the beach and it's less than 5 minutes away from the downtown area. I would stay here again. One callout - sometimes the water pressure can be an issue and I wished the typewriter had ink as that would have been a great keepsake from travels."

"Love this place! Everything about staying on these House floats are amazing. Such a cool atmosphere and management makes it all so easy and accommodating. A pure favorite for my wife and I when it comes to a quick getaway. Clean, well equipped and always meet nice people next door or on their boats. Highly recommend!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upstairs apartment in a classic old home in the heart of Pensacola. When the AC went out during a mid-August heatwave, it only took one phone call to Dr. Tant's wonderful assistant, Anita, for her to alert Dr. Tant, who then got maintenance person, Chris, on the job. It was all repaired in two hours! Pretty remarkable in the middle of a Florida heatwave.Thanks to all involved."
