"We loved this place. Being in the marina is interesting and fun and felt very safe. The restaurant in the marina is very good and convenient. Walking to downtown is very easy. We brought a little boat and it’s not often you can just dock at your house. Pretty cool."

"The design is beautiful and good location. It was loud next to the common area at night. All self check in. Good quality instant coffee, filtered water, nice design touches. Terrible pillows though and a little small on the room and loud next to the common area. Good value though! I was traveling for work, and I dont know I will stay again for a work trip, but for a personal trip I think it could be great!"

"This VRBO property was made our stay in Pensacola, FL very enjoyable! From the location, to the coziness, to the cleanliness of the home, my family was happy. It’s smaller, but was perfect for my family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids). My kids loved the bunk beds; they were full sized which was great! The location was perfect as well. We enjoyed sitting out on both the upper and lower level balconies to enjoy the scenery. We had one hiccup upon arrival where our entry code did not work. When I called the host and she didn’t answer, her husband called back immediately and resolved the issue. He even stayed on the phone to ensure we were able to get into the property. This was nice. I would for sure recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, modern, cozy place to stay."

"I would recommend staying here to anyone. It’s a great spot to walk to downtown which is a place I’d love to come back to. The accommodation is first class, very clean, great layout and the host communicates everything early and very clearly. We have had a fantastic stay here nothing but great things to say about it.
