"Good location, walking distance to restaurants and malls. Not far from the beach."

"The rooms were clean with cooking utensils, gas cooker, fridge, bottled water, and washing machine. I loved the rooftop pool, gym and amazing ocean view. Will stay again."

" We enjoyed our stay in Baobab resort hotel. The room were very clean and the staff were very courteous. Its family friendly as your have appartement options. We just wished it was a beach front hotel as stated on the pictures. We will nevertheless recommend it "

"Kind staff, room service available. Difficult to access, especially with flooding, means walking across wooden planks to get there. WiFi very intermittent and slow."

"Served for a sleep over but fresh rat droppings in room most worrying!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Bamburi Villas, Divine the manager was ready to help from the time we reached till the time we left. Felt at home. We will be back"

"Altogether everything was okay. Though the statys of the washing area was not in good condition. The sink and washing washing machine had mould all over and this makes one doubt the cleanliness of the towels and and beddings washed in it. Considering the size of the property, 15 units of electricity was not enough for 3 nights yet there was 9 of us in the property. Wifi was selective on some phones. Water dispenser was not replenished. You need to consider the size of the family before rationing...

"Booked and paid through expedia, made 9 calls to the host without a response while waiting outside the apartments..An hour later, the host called me to say the apartment was double booked...Taken me a few days for my money to be returned. Expedia should ban such hosts that are fraudulent ...This is typical behaviour of hosts in Mombasa who are ruining the tourism industry in the area.."

"Host took an hour to arrive to give access to the room. Apartment was filthy. Electricity kept going out so the host would ask the guest to top up. Nothing worked in the apartment and eventually given a refund in darkness. The host is rude, unprofessional lacks respect and part of the decline of Mombasa as a tourist hotspot. Expedia should ban such hosts "

"First it is not a hotel but studios. The amenenities are very old, the wall paper was peeling and the neighbourhood feels very insecure for a woman travelling alone. It is 1 km from the beach. There was a lot of noise in the corridors from the other occupants very early in the morning. Overall not the best option for solo travellers"

"They do not accept reservation through Expedia. Stay away from this property. The area is dusty and far from the beach."
