"When we arrived to this hotel receptionist greated us with smile and friendly atmosphere which was what I needed after our previous horrible accomodation experience. We got lovely accommodation with view to the garden. Room was in very clean, all equipment inngreat condition. Breakfast is served lower floor with good variety of food include vegan options.Reception area and bar is great place for relax, have a drink or similar. Reception is available 24/7. Brussel can offer variety places to visit...recomend to buy " Brussel card" (option for 24,48 or 72h in info cenrum in the City Town Hall)...include are enries to different venues mostly without waiting long queus,public transport (mereo,tram,bus) and much more. Highly recommend the accomodatio and Brussels card"

"The room was ok very basic for the price we paid, The coffee machine only worked if you turned the switches on at the entrance not sure how we were meant to know that .also some dirty glasses were left in front of our room , when we checked in there was a pizza left over from the evening and a plate of pasta which would be microwaved from the evening menu …. Nil else for those checking in after 11pm. They were very nice as they let us check out late but as a premium Hotel it felt very basic and not the value expected or level Of service , no one to take pur luggage up or helps had to find a trolley and wheel it up ourselves… not easy with 6 pieces of luggage for 2 families. "

"Beautiful room and a very cool hotel with great staff , however the area is a bit of an issue especially if you go near Central Nord, which is the closest train station. The trams are in th either direction and safer."

"We arrived in the city early and was going to ask reception if they could keep hold of our bags, they checked the system and our room was ready. Booked in early at no extra cost which was great as it gave us a chance to sort ourselves out before heading for a wander. There is a small park on the other side of the road, and out the other side of the hotel is everything you should need, shopping street with plenty of food places and retail therapy transport links are easy to get to as well… now for the actual hotel, our room was at one of the far ends of the building, leaving the reception full of terrariums and plants 1 of 3 lift swiftly take you to the required floor, the vestibule (if you will) has even more ornate plants and seats, each floor has a water fountain and you will find a sealed clean bottle in your room to fill at your leisure. Down the green walled halls to the room. Upon opening the door we were greeted by a large airy room, with beautiful attention to detail. Bed was large and very comfy, and 2 chairs with small table. This hotel has exceeded our expectations at every point… we will definitely come back to the city and hotel"
