"The food at the buffet was terrible and cold. We weren't provided the internet access at checkin. The hotel has definitely seen better days you could tell the grounds and facilities have not been well maintained. There were no towels at the pools and one pool had very loud entertainment that totally ruined any relaxation one may have wanted on vacation. In addition, they played music until 1 am in the morning, so I got very little sleep."

From the very warm & informative welcome with Rosario through to the top quality amenities at the villa. Especially nice was the swimming pool that was larger than we expected, the lounge area which was a great socialising spot & the convenient location to nearby beaches by car.
