"Staff was very accommodating. Very clean room nice pool and hot tub. The only negative we noticed was very small bathroom with blinding light if you get up in middle of the night."

" Terrible experience. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception. After waiting about 30 minutes, a staff member finally appeared and simply told us that there were no rooms available. They didn’t even check our reservation or look in the system to confirm anything. Instead, we were told to leave the lobby immediately. The staff asked us to go outside to an area that did not feel safe and forced us to leave the hotel without any assistance. The lack of professionalism and customer service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place."

"The main problem was that the sheets on the bed had not been cleaned. The bed was made but the bedding was obviously dirty, stains from dirt and possibly make-up on the comforter and sheets. We pulled the blankets back and there were curly black hairs all over the bed. I told the lady at the desk and she personally came down and replaced the bedding. So her quick response was appreciated. She said she would give us an email to send pictures to but we never got the email. Hotel is dated. They have tried to update some things but some things are still very old. The fiberglass tub was obviously old, looks dirty even though it appeared to have been cleaned. Mold under the clear caps of the built in shampoo bottles. Toilet seat lid had broken bolt so it would not stay in place. Not a great experience. Due to the time of year and scarcity of rooms available, the cost of the room was pretty expensive, costing over $200. "

"This an older property that is well maintained and very clean. I stripped the bed to check for bedbugs and found new mattresses in excellent condition. If you’re looking for an affordable relaxing stay, this is your spot!! Pool is great People are great. Restaurant is great, servers are super friendly and food is excellent. Facility itself is 3 stars because of its age but like I said, very well maintained. 5 star service and cleanliness. I highly recommend you walk across the bridge and take the tram to the wildlife preserve!! "

"Clean, great location. No towels at the pool called desk for some as already in the pool never brought any out so walked through hotel to room soaking wet. "
