"We had a terrible experience upon arrival. There was an issue with transportation from the airport which was not provided as stated in the hotel description. The staff at the desk was rude and threatened to cancel our 3 day stay (paid for) because we had a “bad attitude”. She appeared to have no training in hospitality which is a requirement in guest relations. This is unfortunate as the rest of the stay was very pleasant."

"The hotel was very nice. The breakfast buffet was very worth it and parking was easy. The location was perfect and right next to the Golden 1 arena. We walked to the venue and felt very safe. "

"Such a wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. The downside is the beds aren't too comfortable (for my back, they were too soft) and I would definitely request a room away from J street and the street noise was very loud but other than these two issues, wonderful stay. "
