"Foi regular, pontos a melhorar: segurança não possui recepção 24h. Acesso livre apenas controle portão por apto. Limpeza infelizmente ruim precisa ser feito bem. Bastante pelos WC e etc. Não possui ar-condicionado. Pontos positivos: cama boa, chuveiro bom, frigobar novo e Tv.
Dica: estacionamento de moto deveria ser nos fundos apesar que eu tenho seguro, mas fica ao lado do portão de entrada a vista da rua fácil acesso."
