"Our family had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property. PROS: The home is beautiful, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for our vacation. Its location is excellent, close to Cruz Bay yet convenient to many of the island’s beaches. We appreciated the provided beach chairs, coolers, and other essentials, which made outings easy. The pool was fantastic, and the ocean views from the outdoor spaces were stunning. The property manager was knowledgeable and shared helpful recommendations that made planning easier. He was also gracious in helping us with a couple of small requests. CONS: Communication could be improved. Before arrival, we didn’t know how we would access the home until we were already on the ferry, which caused some uncertainty. We also found clothing left in a dresser from a previous guest. Since guests must take trash to a roadside dumpster, clearer instructions would have been helpful. We lost water one evening and initially had trouble reaching the property manager, but once we reached out to secondary contacts, they responded quickly and had maintenance restore service within an hour. Overall, these were minor issues in an otherwise outstanding stay. The home is exceptional, the views are spectacular, and the property manager is a wealth of information. With a bit more proactive communication, this would easily be a five-star stay."
