"This has been the worst accommodations I’ve ever booked from Hotels.com. It was a run down house. Their ads claim they are a bed and breakfast, there was no breakfast. There was zero towels in our room, we had to air dry after showering. The bed slats kept falling out of the bed frame. They claim they are very responsive to calls and texts but really are not. They told us where to park but failed to mention there would be another car parked in front of us and we needed to be gone to an event by 7 am and didn’t get an answer til just past 7:30 as to who’s door we needed to knock on to get out of the driveway. Just an overall horrible experience."

"The breakfast is super expensive, the carpet in the hallways were dirty needed lots of vacuuming, the toilets in the room were stained with pee. We were there from Tuesday-Thursday and the restaurant was closed , it only opens on weekends which I thought it was stupid as we wanted to just stay in the hotel and rest, also the pool was closed only opened on the weekends how are the guests supposed to enjoy the hotel stay, and the room was so hot can’t regulate the air conditioning as if they lock it or something. And staff was not very helpful. Never answered the phone. Would never recommend this hotel and will never stay there again. Worst hotel ever"

"Our stay was disappointing and fell well below our expectations. At approximately 8:30 a.m., we requested two bathrobes; however, only one was delivered, and it did not arrive until approximately 10:00 a.m. We also experienced ongoing difficulties with the hot water in our room. The water temperature was extremely difficult to regulate, requiring constant adjustments between the hot and cold settings. In addition, we utilized the valet parking service but were not advised that vehicle retrieval could take up to 30 minutes. As a result, we were delayed and arrived late for a funeral. On our first evening, we dined at the restaurant and ordered steak. The service was excessively slow, with our meals taking approximately two hours to arrive. When the food was finally served, it was cold and of poor quality, requiring us to place an alternative order. Most concerning was that, despite the number of issues encountered throughout our stay, no meaningful effort was made to address the problems or rectify the situation. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing."
