"The hotel was under construction during my stay, which was not disclosed beforehand, and it also appears the property has recently changed names. Overall, the experience was subpar. The biggest issue was the elevators. They were unreliable, had signs instructing guests how to press buttons to avoid breaking them, and would vibrate aggressively at certain floors. Some floors couldn’t even be accessed by elevator and required using the stairs, which was inconvenient. The ice machine was only located on the bottom floor, adding to the hassle. The room cleanliness was just okay. It seemed standard at first, but I did notice some hairs here and there, which wasn’t great. The hot water was inconsistent and not very good. The staff also didn’t seem very engaged or welcoming. Overall, the stay was disappointing and could definitely be improved, especially with better communication about construction and maintenance issues."

"Once these hotel brands made their hotels like a franchise is when it went downhill. I picked this place based off reviews on here and tv brand name but that radisson gave motel 6. Skip this place if you can. It’s dirty, smelly hotel hallway carpets, room was cleaned when we arrived but felt sticky and the walls and decor colors were depressing, reminds me of project walls. Mildew on the curtains, holes all in the curtains like moths or something. The shower made the loudest squeeling when you try to turn it on. Sounded like a kid crying. The pool doesn’t exist anymore, it’s filled with wood, covered by a fence. It’s one of the main reasons I picked the place was the pool and gym. The gym is crammed in what looks like a break room. The breakfast is not that bad but not worth staying here. Hotel feels like it almost shouldn’t be open for business. Feels like the walls and carpets havent been wiped or changed out in decades. So over hotels this may be the last time. Seems you have to spend much much more than ever for a clean decent hotel"

"We had a great stay overall. The location was very quiet and relaxing, which made it perfect for a getaway. It was also very pet-friendly, which we really appreciated.The host was extremely responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.The pool and hot tub were both very nice. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area."

"I called the night prior to arrival to confirm the pool was in working order. It definitely was not which seems to be a common theme. I called Expedia directly and the hotel front desk and both confirmed it was fully functional. At check in when I asked where the pool was they advised it was not working and went out over the weekend (This was Monday) I explained the whole reason why I booked here was the pool and the manager said she was reaching out to Expedia for a full refund and we still could enjoy our stay. It wasn't enjoyable, the bathroom was dirty with hair, etc. The breakfast had almost 0 real protein. Had powdered eggs, fake sausage, and even the waffles somehow were wrong with no pre-cook spray so you could peel your waffle off. The orange juice was not juice it was tang. I mean overall the breakfast was additionally another huge disappointment. Ultimately in the end Expedia issued nothing for the issue with the pool as the Hotel had promised and I was fully charged. "
