This place should be taken off your site. Unclean and broken. First room had no heat. Second room filthy lights didn’t work. Unsafe. Holes in wall. I would like a full refund please

When I arrived my sheets hadn’t been changed. Hair and stains all on the sheets. Comforter and Sheets had cigarette burns. Desk chair was filthy. I asked for fresh sheets it took a hour to get them.

Cheapest route
You get what you pay for I guess…. There’s a hidden $30 fee when you get there so make sure you have that before you go, they do refund it back but I didn’t know anything about that, the blankets was dirty and I had to ask for new ones, they have roaches, and my tv wouldn’t change to anything but the news….

Wifi was either unavailable, or so slow it was unusable over the course of my multi-day stay. There was mild staining on the towels and sheets. With my room on the freeway side of the building, traffic was relatively loud overnight, and the walls didn't block out much of the noise. TV channel options and A/C were good.

I was here about 15 years ago and booked this place under a different name and that was literally THE dirtiest hotel I ever stayed at. I stayed here about 3 years ago under a different name and it was a good hotel and staff. This booking the place went backwards. Now it is the 2nd dirtiest hotel with poor staff I have ever stayed at. I didnt even want to shower and just drove back to Columbus. Stay away!

It was the worst room we have ever stayed in. It was nasty, no toilet paper in room had to go get it from the office. The shower curtain was dirty, carpet was dirty and it was a non smoking room but smelled of smoke. Overall would not recommend this room for anyone.

Room smelled like an ash tray and the bedding had burn holes in it. There where burn marks all over the room. The curtains would not stay on the curtain rod because the rod was missing the hook holders. the door had gaps in it and you can hear the highway noise. I left a day early and they would not refund my money for that one day.

The guy receptionist was nice, but i wasnt a fan that i had to share my phone number and then told my room number with a creepy truck driver that kept getting closer and closer to me. Im in a non-smoking room that smells like smoke and the comforter is covered in holes. The toilet had pibic hair on it. Im pretty sure this hotel is for some illegal activity...

The staff was terrible. He was very rude and impatient. Then when my 9 year old daughter was looking around the snack shop, he accused her of stealing. There was also a surprise deposit of $30, which i won't get back for seven to ten business days. When we got to the room there were about a dozen holes in the bedding. I know it is a cheap place to stay, but come on...

The room was advertised as non-smoking, but the odor of cigarettes and pot was embedded in everything. I ended up sleeping in our vehicle. The linens and towels were dirty, and the customer service was unhelpful and unbending. There was a guy in a van in the parking lot soliciting female hotel guests. They should have refunded us for the night, but they didn't. We paid over $100 for a really awful experience.
