The facility was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable! Check-in was a breeze and the desk staff were excellent! Breakfast, unfortunately, was chaotic! The person staffing the breakfast was overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up with restocking the plates, plastic cutlery, coffee cups and juice cups.

Our room was clean, workers helpful and pleasant, pool was shut down our last day there so completely bummed as that’s what we had planned after we went to the game. They stress it is a no party, no smoking hotel however we smelled marijuana the ENTIRE time we were there. The elevators were STRONG, and the top floor must be the pot floor

Over all the stay was good. Staff was helpful upon check in and even allowed for early check in. Room wasn’t to bad. Spacious but could have been cleaner. Our only issue came when the pool was closed for maintenance- which is fine but I wish they would have told us upon checking as it was a more deciding factor for us when booking. When I reached out to Expedia about the situation the hotel Did infact lie not once but twice to the Expedia representative stating the pool Was open when it wasn’t. This is bad business and not a good look. They should have just been honest as it was very easy for me to prove I was telling the truth. So for this reason we will not return to this hotel.
