The issues that I had for our room are the wifi was extremely bad, there were no glasses or coffee maker in the room, the bathroom had no exhaust which left the mirror and walls very wet and the bathroom lighting was very poor, I had to use my phone’s flashlight while getting ready. Our neighbours came back at 1:30am two nights and woke us up, not because the were noisy, but because the shared door was so close to us. I don’t think the location is particularly good. It’s 12 minutes walk from Termini which is why we chose it but 30 minutes walk to the nearest must-see sight. If you want a fancy hotel that’s near the sights, book elsewhere. "
