The room was comfortable and clean included a refrigerator and sink area outside the bathroom, for make up etc. The locks are push button with a code on the door and they were having lots of problems with these locks working…. So that was a little uncomfortable for us. "

"Resort had such good bones it was a shame they lacked on providing us the essentials. . It’s the simple stuff that was lacking- sufficient amount of towels, forgot to provide us house cleaning on the second day and lack of dish soap and paper towel in the kitchen. And the staff didn’t really seem to care when it was brought to their attention. "

"The Palm Mountain resort was a nice place. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have hot water our first day and the maintenance staff got it fixed pretty quick. The resort is in a great location - mountains in the background and one block over from the main downtown area. It would have been nice if they would have had a continental breakfast included- it can get pretty pricey to eat out every day. The room did have a microwave so a grocery store trip made breakfast meals in the room more economical. The only complaint I had is the pool didn’t appear to be filtered continuously. Every morning the maintenance team would scoop out the bugs and leaves etc, but by mid day the pool had a lot of stuff floating in it. Seemed like there was not a constant filtration running."
