"Blood on carpet and walls. Carpet was filthy and wet in places and net curtains need a good wash. I won't be coming back."

"Location was great to visit the Niece who is studying nearby and to head into Cardiff for the rugby. Public transport is well placed - a bus stop nearby took us into Pontypridd for parkrun and also the Trehafod train station for getting to Cardiff. We are at the restaurant and the food was delicious and highly recommend. Staff were welcoming and friendly. "

"Positives: Staff polite, courteous and helpful. Negatives: Rooms are small in comparison to other establishments we have stayed in. Room felt tired and neglected. In need of refurbishment. Stains on netting, curtains, walls and carpets. Limited sockets avaliable and supplied with a block connector to use kettle and phone charger. Shower head bracket worn and would not support the shower head. Had to be held by hand to avoid it falling out and shattering on the floor! We would not recommend this hotel in it's current condition."
