"I had a very late check-in and later had to request a room change due to a strong unpleasant odor in the first room. We were moved to another room, which smelled better, but I found the bathtub revolting, with significant mold along the bath seal. The sink constantly flooded because of the old-fashioned double taps (one for hot, one for cold water). The bidet was broken and leaked water onto the floor.
The exterior of the hotel, particularly on the balcony side, looked very dirty. They should consider hiring professionals to clean the outside of the building periodically. The TV options in English were extremely limited or non-existent, which was very frustrating. The hotel provides one complimentary bottle of water per guest per day, but on a few occasions, we had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but we were still denied water for those days. This forced us to buy water from a grocery store, which felt unnecessarily petty on the part of the reception staff.
Overall, the staff is very nice but the hotel has serious issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and service that need attention."

"It is a 4 star hotel, but really well done. Everything was efficient, same day laundry service was great, rooms very comfortable, everything works flawlessly, slept very well. The restautant, Trescientos (300) was a fantastic surprise. There are many amazing restaurants close, but I was often pressed for time and ate at 300. Did not disappoint! Had some of my best meals in Peru there. And all of the staff friendly, helpful, accessible. I really enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it."
