The room was dirty, it was infested with lots of beetles and the electrical outlets were not working and we was not able to charge devices or cellphones, The next day at 6:30am I made a complaint direct to the Operations Manager ( Khalid ) who promised to solve the problems or change me the room. When, I went back to the hotel the manager was not there, he did not pass any instruction for the employees about the situation. Ir write up any information I had explained to him I felt totally disrespected and I sincerely did not expect this type of situation in this kind of hotel. In the end the girl at the desk in the evening tried to help but no rooms were available except to down grade us to a very small room.
After complaining again in the early morning
Once again promised to get back to us right away about the inconvenience problems and downgrading! Still no contact has been made to us !!

Functional hotel as a base between tours into the outback.
It was clean but tired looking. Our first room's air conditioning was very weak. The second room was much better. It was quite noisy at night with a drunk guest the first night.
