Entrée séjour avec coin salon, espace repas, cuisine américaine très fonctionnelle, ouvrant sur terrasse Sud, en rez de chaussée : suite parentale avec salle d'eau privative, wc indépendant, à l'étage : chambre avec lit double, chambre avec 2 lits en 90, salle de bains, buanderie et espace rangement, résidence neuve moins d'un an, apt jamais occupé, bien situé dans un quartier calme et résidentiel de Ciboure. Tout peut se faire à pied commerces et plage.
