"Courteous, friendly, professional front desk and staff. Everything was excellent. I did not expect so much of this hotel based on the pictures online but I was wrong. It exceeded my expectations. Room was very clean. I must admit I am a clean freak."

"We felt like royalty staying at this elegant palace. The room is giant with antique furniture but all the modern conveniences. The bath also very large with great fixtures. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the famous Scrovengi Chapel and Emeritani Museum. Padua was a great city to visit and this hotel made it extra special."
