"The staffs are friendly, the place is clean and its feel likes the old Lisbon which makes sense since it’s still in operation for 140 years. Everything is in walking distance and I feel safe. I especially love that’s it close to the park that have the mineral water. "

"É um bom hotel. Os funcionários são gentis e o café da manhã de boa qualidade e quantidade. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. A localização é perfeita, fica em frente ao Parque das Águas e muito próximo a restaurantes, etc.
O check-out às 10:00 é muito cedo. Seria melhor check-in às 13:00 em lugar de 12:00 e check-out às 11:00. O elevador é único e um pouco lento."

"Fomos recebidos por um casal muito simpático que nos orientou sobre a estadia e nos deixou bem confortáveis. Me senti em casa e como se já os conhecesse a muito tempo, pois são muito agradáveis. Logo após o check in fomos conhecer o nosso quarto, um agradável e confortável chalé muito limpo e cheiroso. Roupas de cama e banho tão cheirosas que fez com que ficássemos relaxados e bem acomodados. É um lugar lindo, bem lúdico e temático contando a história do Brasil. Tem um museu interessante com...
"O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa e atendentes muito simpáticos, mas falta se organizarem para receber os hóspedes. No dia que chegamos não estavam preparados, sendo que reservamos com muita antecedência, não tinha opções de bebidas, a piscina aquecida não estava ligada, não tinha sobremesa. Acabou a força e estava molhada e tive que esperar 40 min até que me liberassem um quarto com gerador para tomar banho e eu morrendo de frio. Acho que lá tem tudo para dar certo, mas faltam alguns cuidados...
