"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Although it’s not walkable to main square & other attractions easy public transportation very close by. The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property. "
"In the middle of the city, tucked away behind the buildings is Bialy Dom. Our room had plenty of space with a nice bathroom. The restaurant out front looked like it had great choices although we had already eaten. Would def stay again if I were in the area."
"The hotel and it staff was exceptional! We were taken great care of and felt really accommodated for such a cheap price! The only downside was the location. It is pretty far of from Krakow centre and the old town but it was nothing unmanagable."
"The property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only £3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at."

"The room was lovely and clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff are so friendly. This was our 4th stay at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel - they have to be doing something well for us to keep going back. "
"Excellent, charming hotel on old town. Neatly and beautifully decorated. Walking distance to everything. Comprehensive breakfast to die for. Staff are amazing. Olivia is a gem.
It’s not a modern building, so expect old school beauty and elegance. "
Radisson RED Hotel & Radisson RED Apartments, Kraków
10/10 Excellent
"Room was spacious, clean and bed was super comfortable! Hotel had great service and location was great for getting into the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Bonus of being able to play a game of pool when coming back to the room. "
"I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The apartment we had was immaculately clean, had all we needed and the staff above and beyond to we had everything we could want.
There is a small supermarket, a bakery and an off licence across the street which were very handy. Galleria Krakowska and the train station were just a couple of minutes walk away.
A 5 minute bimble to the Barbican and another 5 to the market square.
I will definitely return to Cracow Central 10/10"
"This hotel is in walking distance to old town and is on the edge (I think) of the historic Jewish Quarter. So much history to see as we walked every day (5) we didn’t have a tour. Husband got his fill of ancestor history and I got my fill of drooling over polish pottery.
The cleaners were quiet and efficient the restaurant was absolutely delicious for dinner. "
