"Nightmarish experience. Booked this unit and received the instructions to get the key from a deposit box. There was no key and the unit was occupied. After trying several phone numbers, the person responsible walked out of the next building and claimed he has cancelled the reservation because Expedia won't let him charge a cleaning fee and that he won't be working with Expedia anymore. I received no cancellation notice. During all that my family and I were stranded for an hour on the street...
